Scope

The scope of the traceability program should cover all stages of production of the fish farming project, including suppliers, processors and customers.

Definitions

Include official protocols.

Responsible

Those responsible people for this activity are all the participants in the production chain, who support traceable information through data records.

Procedures

Describe the methodology for the identification of each of the batches corresponding to production; likewise, record the data on fish movements, feeding, sampling, harvests, inputs used, etc.
