To implement any quality system, one of the most important tools available to us, is risk assessment. Through this evaluation, the fundamental bases are established from where all the programs will begin to be built, seeking improvement and quality control. With this system we can identify the threats that may be had in a certain system in each of the quality components.
Subsequently, they will be classified and analyzed according to the magnitude of the danger that may represent for the system.
This document represents a model for carrying out a risk assessment plan that is specific to each production site, since there are immense differences among the different farming systems, regions and company policies that make it impossible to establish a complete document common to all producers.
Objetive
