Occupational Risk Management begins with the identification of the factors that have a significant influence on the generation of risks for the safety and health of the workers, to then take charge of the qualification and definition of the recommendations that allow facing these risk factors in its origin.
The prevention and control of the agents or risk factors to which workers are exposed is one of the basic principles of Occupational Health, due to the fact that they are largely responsible for occupational accidents and diseases. The Risk Assessment and Control must be carried out by personnel who have the competence for said management, in conjunction with the personnel of the organization.
